Cold bringing me down

in 1st Trimester

So I have a sore throat and a cold at 7 weeks. I'm frustrated because I usually use elderberry and zinc throat spray to combat, but I've read some conflicting information about using elderberry during pregnancy.

I'm downing c, zinc and garlic but the elderberry always works for me. Grrr.

    I've been fighting a cold for 2 weeks.  Try to keep your head up - it will pass!

    And I went to the store for Airborne and that says not during pregnancy either. Aggghhh I need something for this cold!
