I would start by googling "Jacksonville midwife". If that doesn't work, I'd try finding childbirth educators (Bradley Method, Hypnobirthing, etc) and asking them, and also check out www.dona.org and contact some doulas to see if they know.
Ditto pp - dona.org is a great place to start. I googled my town and doula (you could do midwives, or even birth center) and also found a birthing co-op type of thing that had a TON of resources.
