    I think you are supposed to feed them 2-3 oz times their current weight and divide that by the number of times they eat.

    So if your Lo weighs 15 pounds...

    15 pounds times 2 oz is 30 total ounces per day

    30 divided by 5 feedings per day would be 6 ounces per bottle at the low end. If you do 3 ounces then that would be 9 ounces per bottle.

    You can do your own math and figure out if you have a hungry LO or not.

    My LO is up to 6oz every 3-4hrs BUT when I was at the Pedi last week  he told me LO stomach probably only holds 4oz maybe 5oz at the most- He suggested that we start rice cereal(which we did, and she is taking great).

    24-26 oz (three 8 oz bottles and some formula mixed in her oatmeal). She also gets three solid feedings a day.
