got call from nurse earlier on my second Beta draw today (recap: RE wanted me still to do it even though we knew it was doomed and AF got here yesterday - just to make sure).

nurse; "This is nurse-dummy-head calling"

me: yah . .

nurse: It's a negative. you are not pregnant.

me: no sh*t.

 

m/c#1 07/16/08 (11 weeks), m/c#2 10/10/08 (8 weeks). and then nothing since except every test possible (no answers). IUI#1 and #2: BFNs Super lucky to be buddies with Peetie. Our out of nowhere, surprise DD born 5/29/2011

    I hate when they don't look at the chart. I have my yearly check up with my ob and worried since I have to share with them about my recent loss and the nurses never seem to read my chart so I have to go over the story of losing the twins.

    biitch.  That is annoying. I'm so sorry.

    I've had instances where my chart wasn't looked at and it made me freaking crazy...it's right in front of them, they need to look at it.  Then when you call and ask a question they say well.. I don't have your chart....

    It sucks that they do not bother to check our charts.  It is not like it takes that much time.

    I'm sorry.  I hate it when they can't take 2 seconds to look over the chart.  I still think we need to write an instruction manual for how to deal with ladies who are ttcal.

    And this is exactly why I keep going back and forth about going back to school to be a nurse in an RE office to save some of us from such pure idiocy!

    I think Chart Reading 101 must not be a prerequisite or something. <sigh>

    I'm sorry.  I hate appointments when you have to deal with stupid office staff or dumb nurses. 
    Married 8/23/09 Dx: Endometriosis mc 2003, mc 2005, mc Oct. 2009 and ectopic pg Feb. 2010 Baby Girl Gracie Mae born 5 weeks early on 7/6/11. Baby boy JT born full term on 7/5/12. We are blessed!
