Anyone familiar with Family Medical Leave?
I am just wondering how it works. When do I apply? What if I take paid leave can I still get FML after my paid leave is over? Any information you have would be great!

Every company treats it differently, from what I can see, especially in relation to paid leave.
I had to take X amount of paid leave before I could claim FMLA and NJ's family leave pay. My work had me fill out a bunch of paperwork (and had my doc fill out some) and filed for FMLA for me. So far, so good!
