Omega 3 supplement?

Anyone taking this to improve mood? I just started (day 3 today), and I swear I feel better already. Maybe it's psychosomatic, but whatever--I feel less irritable. Just wanted to share.

  • I take 2 capsules of this https://www.naturesbounty.com/product/003830 each morning with my breakfast. I chose this kind because of those at Rite Aid, this one was not only buy one get one free ($11 for a bottle), but it said on the label that it is filtered to get rid of mercury. Plus it also has Omega 6, and I figured it can't hurt to get more of both 3 & 6. I'm still taking a prenatal as well, so I didn't want the fish oil that also contains vitamin D. No nasty fish burps, and they don't seem to taste funny to me at all. They're a little on the large side, though, but not an issue so far.
  • I take one and I do feel it helps. I mean Im on meds too but I just took my Omega 3 after lunch and I swear my mind feels clearer. Vitamins cant hurt...
