I need to have a Dear DH post...

Dear DH,

I realize we have different spending habits and views on money; however, I absolutely cannot stand when I am on the phone with you while I'm shopping and you remind me not to spend too much. Excuse me, but I'm not the one who just spent over $200 to build an arcade for my "man cave". What bothered me the most when you said it to me today was that I was grocery shopping. How dare you try to limit my spending when I'm trying to buy healthy food for us to eat and when you bring up planning to get a tattoo that will cost hundreds of dollars and I object, you throw a fit. You need to grow up and get your priorities in order buddy!

P.S. Mow the f'ing lawn...it's been over two weeks!

    Oh Sarah I feel your pain! DH does stuff like too and can't understand why I get upset at him for buying video games and other "crap" when some months I'm scrambling to pay all the bill, buy groceries, and feed our menagerie...((hugs))

    Dear DH, You really pissed me off last night when you asked if we could spend Saturday cleaning the house because it's "filthy". It is not. I fkn clean.every.single.day because you are a slob and can not manage to pick up after yourself. I vacuum at least five days a week since we have four cats. I do laundry almost everyday and clean the kitchen every night. YOUR bathroom is filthy and YOUR bedroom is a mess. I will get around to cleaning these rooms but if I don't, feel free to do it yourself. Also, the mail piles you leave throughout my very clean house make it look dirty and drive my up the wall. And if you ask me to call the city one more time, for something I don't care about, I'm going to throat punch you. Call them your fkn self. Why do I have to do everything! Love, Your very tired wife

    Oh I totally feel your pain. DH is a slob too. I admit I don't clean every single day, but I try to keep the house in a decent state. I will clean the kitchen and he'll come along and make some spaghettios and leave the empty can on the counter...ahhh! It was never this hard to keep a place clean when I lived with a female roomate!

    Why are they not able to call places themselves?  DH does this all the time.....my favorite one, I will share w/ my special ladies.  DH is clearly Asian, Chinese to be exact, he will NOT call a chinese take out place when he's the one that wants the food.  I don't get it, he can speak Mandarin, I cannot yet I am still the one who has to call!  I've actually refused to call & he will order from somewhere else, amazing how that works, eh??
