Hey everyone! I'm new to this board. My family just moved to the Columbus area. We are in Pickerington. I am looking for a new ob/gyn and a pediatrician for my new baby, 4 weeks today! I am willing to travel for a great doctor too! Any suggestions for an ob-gyn and a pediatrician would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!Sarah
I live on the west side, but we really like my pediatrician (Dr. Dawn Hackshaw) at Northwest Pediatrics (2 offices, one in Upper Arlington & one in Dublin). The one downside is that she takes her time with patients that she tends to run late, so my only advice is get early morning appointments or right after lunch. But its great because the Dublin office has Saturday hours!
I also really liked my OB... I've only had one baby but her name Dr. Carol Greco with Kingsdale OB/Gyn. She's very friendly, easy to talk to and their offices are really nice!

LOVE LOVE LOVE my OB/Gyn - Dr. Mollie Ezzie... I see her at the Dublin office, but she also sees patients at their other offices too. She's part of the Columbus Obstetrics-Gynecologist practice - https://columbusobgyn.com/
Hi there! I live in New Albany but moving soon. I have started going to Columbus OB/GYN and have an appt. to see Dr. Green. I haven't met him yet, but he's highly recommended by a friend of mine, as well as online I read great reviews on him. So far I've had an appt. w/ the OB Coord. and she was great. The # is: 614-434-2400. There's an office on Taylor Station Rd., right off of Broad and 270, a mile from the hospital where he delivers. From Pickerington, can't you just come down into Reynoldsburg/Blacklick fairly easily too? I had just moved here last fall as well, so I got my recommendation from a friend who is pregnant and loves Dr. Green. Let me know if this helps!
I just read tho that your baby is already born! Nevermind...I'm 8 wks pregnant and that's who i'm going to for ob but no idea for Ped.
I go to Professionals of Women's Health. I chose them because of their midwives. They're a very large group and at first that turned me off, but when a few complications arose earlier in my pregnancy (3x) I was always able to get into either of their 3 offices. I was never told to wait until the next day or sent to the ER. They have an office located on Jasonway Blvd (315), County Line Rd (Westerville near St. Ann's) and an office in Dublin. All of the practioners I've dealt with (doctors, midwives and nurse practioners) have been absolutely wonderful and you're given the choice of seeing all of the doctors and midwives through your pregnancy or you can stick to one or two. So if you don't mind a large practice, this might be an option for you.
my DD goes to pediatric associates in whitehall, dr robert lee...i believe their is an office in pickerington...i go to northeast ob/gyn in gahanna...dr. elizabeth sabol, i absolutely love her
Pediatric Associates in Pickerington is highly recommended by many of my friends. I work in Pickerington but live in Gahanna so I take my daughter to a doctor up here. Good luck!

I'm also in Gahanna. If you don't mind sharing, where do you take your daughter? TIA! Have a wonderful weekend!

I love our pediatrician, Rainbow Pediatrics. They have offices in New Albany and Dublin. It's nice because they have appointments on Saturday and are open until 7 on weeknights. They also have 5 or 6 doctors in the practice.
Also, my ob is Dr. Maffett who is wonderful, there are also a couple of other docs in the practice that I like and a couple that I don't. They are in Westerville and Dublin. Their practice is called Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Here's another vote for PWH. I've seen most of the midwives and doctors and they've all been great.
Same here. I'm a patient and have been for about 11 years. We're having our first with them. I see Ann Wurst but have seen all the docs and MW's over the years and don't have a bad word to say about any of them.
I also worked for Dr.'s Girardi, Arbona, and Chan in Westerville for several years. Arbona and Chan do deliveries now, G no longer does. They're both amazing! (Arbona is a little slower - so expect a wait. But when it's your turn she takes just as much time.) Good luck!
I agree. Columbus OB/GYN is awesome and they have an office on 256. I see Dr. Erin Olah, and she is really great. She really cares about her patients. I used to go to Northeast OB/GYN and had Dr. Russ. And I DEFINITELY would not recommend him for prenatal. As far as regular checkups and things, he was fine though.
