Any nutrition websites or books for pregnancy?

in 1st Trimester
I am trying to not gain so much since I am already overweight. I want to have a healthy pregnancy and baby. Any books or sites that you know of that could suggest a diet plan? My concerns are more with gestational diabetes and high blood pressure issues...that i dont have but want to try and do things that could help prevent this.

    Try babyfit.com yoy can track your food intake, exercise and weight gain.  They also have some good articles!

    I'm pretty sure the 'What to Expect When You're Expecting' people have a book called 'The Pregnancy Diet'.

    There is also a huge chapter in the What to Expect book, with recipes and stuff. Also share your concerns with your doc or midwife at your first appt!

    We went to Venice, Florence, Cinque Terre, and Rome, but we missed Capri. Another time! (Maybe when we're empty nesters, LOL.)

    I know I was hoping for a Big Birthday trip to Spain next year...but I think it might be a long while before we make it back to Europe...but I now look forward to a family vacation there some day;)

    I actually bought the book called" What to Eat while Expecting" its by the same author that wrote What to Expect While expecting its great and i highly recommend it-also has tons of great recipes! I found the Dr Oz YOU: Having a Baby very helpful!
