Places like BJs and Costco should have sample sizes of some things that you can buy once or have a "sample sale" day.  I bet more people would buy diapers and stuff there if they could test a few first - I know I would.  Like the poster below was saying, who wants to get stuck with 3 million diapers that you hate? :)

    As an fyi, Costco will take anything back (including food you ate) if you hang onto the receipt and the package.

    A couple of months ago, I went online and ordered samples of the Costco Kirkland Supreme Diapers and they were sent in the mail for free. I think they sent three diapers.  I just went online and cannot find the sample option but you may want to email them to see if the sample is still being offered.

    Not sure about BJs, but you can return just about anything at Costco. I've returned meat that was not the freshest (or at least to my standards), a bad pineapple (multiple times), soap that I did not like etc. They will certainly return diapers, especially if you are not satisfied with the quality, at least they do at the one that I go to.

    i agree, i bought Sam's club diapers to find out that they have a really bad chemical smell once peed in, now i need to sell them on craig's list

    I bought some from BJ's and they are comparable to the Target ones in my opinion.  I use them for our "daycare" diapers.
