DD started PT when she was just 7 weeks old as the dr. noticed her flat spot and torticollis at her 1 month appt. She went once a week since then pretty much and she did 3 sets of three 30 thirty second stretches. Two different kinds of stretches. Thankfully we are just donw to one set a day. So I do them with her at night when we get home. Baby sitter doesn't have to help but she had offered to if we needed her to so that was nice. Her head is actually looking good as well due to positioning during the day and while she sleeps at night as well. So, so far so good. I hope that answers your questions and I hope this posts! The bump has been acting up!

Also, we are just going randomly to PT now. We had to give up our permanent spot since I went back to teaching. So we manage to go in maaaaaaybe every two weeks or so.
She's doing pretty well with her sitting honestly but I do notice that when she falls over it's normally to the right so I now it's from her torticollis....Our PT said that we'll probably continue to come for another few months or so....
Good Luck!!!
