Sippy Cup ?

How old was your LO when you started giving them a sippy cup? My friend is now giving it to her 6 month old (she drinks a bottle totally fine)..and I thought that was a bit young, but figured I would ask you girls, bc I could be totally wrong on this....

Water. You could do pumped BM as well, Alexa never like it in a sippy though. They really don't take in a ton of liquid though it at that point though, they are more or less just learning.
