NBR: Rec your primary care doc

I've decided I want to find a new doctor. I like mine but lately, he seems like he doesn't really take the time to figure out what's wrong. 

For example:  I had a really weird bump on my foot & DH told me to get it looked at (I get bit by spiders & skeeters all the time, it looked different).  I went in, Doc walked in, I showed him the bump, he said "oh, it's just a bug bite, put cortizone on it" & sent me home.  When I went in to have my leg looked at for a rash, he just said "Probably an allergic reaction.  Here's a cream to put on it"

My shoulder has been hurting for over a week.  DH keeps asking if I want to get it looked at but I don't want to go to the ER (seems dumb to me) & I think my doc will just say "take motrin" (which I'm doing & it still hurts).

Can anyone recommend a good primary care doc in the White Marsh/Perry Hall/Parkville/Towson area?

    dr. bob at chapel view family care. he is really nice and i have never had a problem. its on belair rd in perryhall

    I see Dr. Sylvia Chang (or maybe cheng) at JH at White Marsh.  I like her.

    My husband and I started going to Dr. Kalvin Wiley last year after my husband was diagnosed with diabetes at Patient First and needed a doctor ASAP. He's been really good with managing my husband's situation. His wife manages the office and is super sweet, too! His office is on LaSalle Drive near Joppa Rd.

    I went to the best PCP, who really took the time to try and figure out what was going on etc.  She then changed practices and the old practice wouldn't give me her info.  I was finally able to find her online again a few weeks ago and discovered that she is now in White Marsh.  Google Dr. Joyce Deitrich.  (You may have to switch the ie).  She is phenomenal and I think that you would love her!
