Finally joining a gym

I've gotten so out of shape in the last year and a half, and I just can't motivate myself to do my workout DVD's, so I found a woman's only gym close by, and I'm going to join.

I feel like suck a slug, and it will be good to get out of the house - especially since I work from home.

I know I'm rambling, but I'm excited to get back into shape.

    I am happy for you!  I joined after my first m/c becuase I was sick of waiting to get PG and have an excuse to be "puffy".  And now since my second m/c I have been a gym addict.  but it is a good release and my energy level has gone up so i don't feel like such a "slug" as you would say.  Although I do still have my sloth moments.

    That EXACTLY is what I struggle with!

    I'm really happy for you and hope the membership is the push you need to get going.

    I'm waiting till the new gym opens up down the road from me, can't wait till they do and I can join.

    Married 8/23/09 Dx: Endometriosis mc 2003, mc 2005, mc Oct. 2009 and ectopic pg Feb. 2010 Baby Girl Gracie Mae born 5 weeks early on 7/6/11. Baby boy JT born full term on 7/5/12. We are blessed!
