Whole Milk or Formula after 1?

I took Angelica to her 1 yr checkup, it was so traumatic to have blood drawn from her, I was almost throwing up and John was in tears,,,,,

But my question is,,,,, the pedi said it was my choice to give her whole milk or formula now OR both.

What are you doing for your LO?

    Whole milk with meals and snacks. Nurses at night/am and gets 1 bottle breastmilk at daycare for the next 3 weeks (then my freezer stash is gone).

    We've made the switch to Whole milk. It did take Soph some adjusting. She got a little constipated and got diaper rash for the time ever. Could have just been a coincidence, I don't know.

    We started out by just adding like 2 ounces to her bottle, going more and more each week. I don't think she's even noticed :) She's picky though and still likes for us to warm it for her - she won't even touch it if we try to give it to her straight out of the fridge.

    We pretty mush switched right over to milk.  I had a little formula left over that I used for her nighttime bottle until it was gone.  She didn't have any problems at all switching over.
