Did anyone read the 'No Cry Sleep Solution, for Toddlers and Preschoolers'?

If so what did you think? I am going to try to stop co-sleeping my 12 month old and I need some tips! We have a lot going on right now...he is still getting up 4-5 times a night to nurse, he nurses to sleep, and none of us are getting good sleep at all!

    I am reading it right now... I've kind of skimmed through it, but it looks like it has some useful information. Although a lot of what I've seen applies to older toddlers. But seriously, I've barely skimmed it at this point, so I can't give a good opinion.
