  Not sure if this is too far for you, but we love Providence Park Pediatrics in Novi.  We see Dr. Newcombe and she is awesome.

  Love Dr. Molly and her staff, whole office is done in Ikea and it's not a stuffy/scary place for kids.  No exam tables, no white coats!  www.birminghampediatrics.com

  Kidz first pediatrics (Dr. Operti or Dr. Mitchell is who we see) and Northeast pediatrics

  We go here as well and I agree.  I love the sofas instead of exam tables!  It was relaxed and comfortable and not sterile and scary.  Staff is great.

  Dr. Purman at Edgewood Peds in commerce twp.  He is great.  I have seen most of the docs in the office and like them a lot.

  We also go to Birmingham Pediatrics/ Dr Molly... love the place, and as the others side its very laid back with fun decor
