I put salsa chicken (frozen) in the crock pot. 2 chicken breasts, 1 cup salsa, 1 cup corn & 1 cup brown rice. By tonight the chicken breasts will be falling apart and taste lightly like salsa!
Not sure. I love the salsa chicken. I used to put frozen meat in the crockpot, but I read recently that you are not supposed to do it. I am paranoid, so now I plan to thaw first, which is a pain in the butt.
We had eggs and french toast last night. Maybe grilled cheese tonight or spaghetti. We are going away this weekend, and I want to keep it easy, so I don't have to do too much cleaning. : )

I read that too. Our crock pot runs hot and it will cook from 9 am - 5 pm so it will be fine, probably overcooked.
Black bean quesadillas with beef, red bell pepper, and onion, seasoned with Taco Seasoning for DH and I. Sausage, fruit, and peas for DS, and Peanut butter, pea, and banana smoothie for DD.
we are still eating leftovers from our Sunday cookout. Luckily my parents are coming over to help us eat the last of it. There was so much food .... my MIL likes to bring tons of food even though I tell her not to and then she just leaves it here.
Minestrone and italian bread. Maybe a side salad, but there are tons of vegges in the soup. It's not exactly soup weather (mid 90s), but I guess with the A/C on it won't really matter!
I am out tonight so I have a chicken, rice and broccoli casserole made up in the fridge for DH to put in the oven. Knowing DH, they will probably go out for fresh peach ice cream after dinner.
