After having a great conversation with Katy. I decided that I needed to call my OB/Gyn and get some answers. I called back last week to get some info on the blood work they did before they prescribed the progesterone and they never called me back.
Today, I was lucky enough to talk to "the good doctor" from the practice (they rotate) and she was awesome. I explained everything that have been going on and as Katy suggested I asked very specific questions. The doctor explain all the test they did and the results. Basically my thyroid and pituitary are fine, but that doesn't necessarily means that my hormone levels are good or that there are no other problems.
She was concern due to the fact that I've had annovulatory cycles and that my periods are kinda crazy (spotting for about 2 or 3 days before getting my period for only 2 days and things like that)...since I have not been on the pill for 3 years now, she doesn't see any reason for my periods not to be normal...so she wants to do some testing and find out what the problem is.
She gave me an appointment for their next available spot (Oct. 7th) to start infertility testing for me and DH.
I feel a million times better now. I was feeling so helpless and frustrated. And now I found someone that finally listened and understood....and more important someone that was concern and had a plan. It's like a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders and there is finally a little light of hope.
Re: Update...Finally Someone Listened!
I'm so glad to hear that you're finally going to get some answers and that someone listened to you! I can't imagine what a weight off your shoulders that must be. Sending you lots of ***baby dust***!!
I also have to say that I absolutely the love and support we all give and get here. There always seems to be someone that is going through or has gone through the same thing and is able to offer support and advice. That's why I love you ladies!

I completely agree...all you girls are awesome!
Yay!!
As Morgan said, with any doctor you have to be your own advocate. This is especially true in the matter of serious illness or ob/gyn issues. Makes no sense to me.
Good luck Normailed! I'm glad things are starting to go down a good path for you.

I'm so happy to hear that you have someone now to help you. Wishing you lots of luck and sending bunches of **baby dust**!
I'm happy that someone is finally listening to you and taking action, but sorry you are having to go through IF testing.
I know exactly what you mean about a weight lifting off your shoulders. I felt the exact same thing after I found my current OB/GYN last year and she actually listened to my problems, asked questions, and took action, which led to my endo diagnosis. I hope you get some answers very soon!
