So, my appointment today went pretty horrible, but everything is okay with baby.
I get there and go to pee in the cup and what do I see but bright red blood on my underwear. Great. I go for the NST and the baby's heart rate was nonresponsive for a LONG time (like over 20 minutes) and I LOST it. That is how we found out DD was sick in the end. She had a strong heart rate, but it didn't go up or down. That is exactly what happened today. So, they gave me water and had me move around. They finally got a couple accelerations, but it wasn't at all like the last few weeks. Then they do a speculum exam and the Dr. said she doesn't know why there was blood but she can't see anymore. She asks if I have any questions, and I started bawling. I mean I could barely get a sentence out. They assured me baby looked great and that the bleeding had stopped, but I am just a bundle of nerves now.
So, now I am going in twice a week for bio-physical profile and NST tests. I am living in constant fear that we will lose this baby.
