Anyone else have a delayed response to Clomid?

I'm in my second cycle of Clomid 100mg, didn't ovulate on 50mg and had follie checks on days 11,14,18 with no follies big enough. My ovaries started ACHING day 19, took a ovulation test this morning,day 20 and it was positive, follie check tomorrow a.m.  Did anyone else have such a delayed response? and if so what does that mean??

    My surge was always around day 20 when I was on Clomid. You arent alone =)

    Yes but my lining was so thin we actually cancelled the cycle.  It is def. possible to ovulate after CD20 on clomid though!

    Baby Boy Owen and Baby Girl Avery were born too early on Feb. 13, 2011 due to a pedunculated fibroid, incompetent cervix and suspected placental abruption.

    While it didn't end well I had a delayed response to Femara. I didn't ovulate until about day 23. I think taking OPK's is really smart! I'd probably have sex tonight if you can just in case.

    I've always ovulated late around cd19 to cd22 on clomid.  I've had one cycle on follistim and I still ovulated later.

    I normally didn't ovulate until cd19 and once not until cd26. I had kept on charting even though I was getting u/s because I didn't want to give up on the cycle just yet. Just make sure you get a progesterone check done at 7dpo.
