Please recommend your house cleaning person/service

Hi - I'm new to Austin and looking for a house cleaning reference. I would prefer to hire an individual so I know they are getting paid the whole amount but would take references on services as well. We are in Central Austin and looking for someone to clean our 2/2 house weekly or bi-weekly basis.

    We are currently using The Cleaning Authority. They are reasonable and the gals get paid properly. We do tip in cash b/c if it's added to the cheque, taxes have to come out of it :)

    I've been using the same cleaning lady for about 4 1/2 years now.  She came highly recommended from a friend.  Her name is Fernanda do Amaral, and she cleans with her husband, Caio.  She cleans our 2,000 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with no pets and non-smokers for $80.  She does a fantastic job and will do little extras like clean the inside of your fridge for $10 extra.  I have referred her to many people that really like her, and I also wrote a review of her service on yelp (others have as well).
