Our neighbor is just sending her DD to Kindergarten and is packing lunches for the first time. She's used to making hot lunches - quesadillas, grilled cheese, mac and cheese, etc. for lunch. Her DD is not a fan of lunch meat and doesn't like the quesadillas at room temperature, etc.
She's tired of sending pb&j already. Any suggestions on creative "main dishes"?
Thanks!
Re: What do you pack for lunches?
Melrrr was the awesome person who suggested this facebook page on here a few weeks back:

Also, the lunchbox she uses in her photos, I've been using the same kind for the kids this year, and I love it. Not only is it handy, but it also helps me ensure that I'm packing a good variety of food each day. https://www.laptoplunches.com/ I ordered mine from Amazon.
