Just saw a pg test commercial...

that said you can test up to 6 days before your missed period with accuracy.

Seriously?  Implantation may not even have happened yet, right?

Does this seem weird to anyone else?

Of course I've already forgotten which brand it was.  Maybe First Response?

    And the sad part is, most women don't realize they can get a false positive (ie: chemical pregnancy).  I didn't know until I found out I was pregnant and read about it.  I then ran out and bought another test.

    FTR, a chemical pregnancy is a pregnancy, not a false positive. A "false positive" is a defective test.

    I told DH that next time around I'm not POAS until I'm officially late.. yeah, we'll see how long that lasts!

    I decided the same thing.  That would put me at testing next Wednesday.  

    Then I saw this commercial and thought, "hmm, maybe I'll test before the wedding on Saturday--so I don't drink if I shouldn't...The results show up up to 6 days early...".

    Like I needed more incentive to POAS!
