RP from TTCAL 6+: Oldie but Noob intro...

I posted this on TTCAL 6 months +, but wanted to say hi to all of you ladies. There are so many new people since I began here in April 2009.

Good afternoon ladies, Even though it looks like I haven't posted much, I used to have another screen name (csquared426). For some reason, that screen name no longer works, and The Knot/Nest/Bump hasn't been able to help me out at all. Anywho, I've been away for a while, after my CP in April, I needed a break.

We've been trying since Jan of 2009, so DH and I went to the RE and got tests done, and found out that DH has a genetic translocation mutation that only happens when he reproduces. We also found out that I have diminished ovarian reserve. Essentially, our best chances to have a baby is through IVF with PGD testing on the sperm.Of course, none of it is covered by insurance, so we have decided to wait, and try on our own.

I got a + HPT on Saturday, and on a whim, I tested again yesterday, and got a negative (and then again today twice). So, I'm just waiting for my period to begin. Not sure what happens next, but I'm just so tired of this.

I'm looking forward to getting back on the Bump, and supporting you all.
