Nipple bleb??

I have a small white spot on my nipple. I googled and it sounds like a nipple bleb. So extremely painful and I cannot get it to open. Has anyone had one of these? How did you get it to go away? How long did it take to go away?

I have tried the warm compress and pumping - nothing yet. Do I keep doing the same things for a few nursing sessions?

Man, this thing is horrible.
