Alright, who gave my baby caffiene?!

DS didn't sleep well last night.  After his 2:00 feeding he fussed on/off until 6:15 when we were up for the day.  He's only taken two 40 minute naps today and now I can't get him to go down for the night.  We usually put him down around 7 and he goes right to sleep.  Not tonight!  Every time he starts to drift off, he pops open those eyes and starts licking his hands (his new thing)!   I need him to go to sleep so that I can get some rest!
