dh wanted meatloaf....so i'm making meatloaf with a box of stove top mixed in....so yummy!

    I did a pork tenderloin in the slow cooker with onions, carrots, red skinned potatoes and garlic. The "au jus" was a mixture of red wine, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, water, chicken and herb bouillion cubes, onion powder, and fresh ground black pepper. 

    It was SOOOO yummy! The meat fell apart on the fork. The veggies soaked up the flavor of the au jus. It was a big hit.

    IVF# 3= 1 egg retrieved=immature/not viable
    IVF# 4= c/p

    Found DHs BT and Me-decreased blood flow to uterus
    Recommended DE IVF w/PGD, incorporate electro-acupuncture. Decided to cycle locally
    ***New RE***
    DE IVF# 1(cycle #6) w/pgd, (freeze all): 30R, 23M, 15F, slow/poor embryo development, 4 biopsied, 1 Normal "Norm"; DE IVF w/PGD, incorporate electro-acupuncture.

    Pretty sure we're having meatloaf too- w/ mashed potatoes and green beans.  

    We were going to make it yesterday but didn't have time.

    Vegetarian stuffed peppers.  Filled with quinoa, tomatoes, and corn.  SOOOO GOOD and good for you.

    I still wasnt feeling up to cooking so DH took me to Famous Dave's BBQ tonight. One just opened not to far from us. It was so freaking good. I feel like  stuffed glutenous pig now though!
