+ and - OPK today

So this morning I got a positive OPK and then this afternoon it was negative.  I tried searching in FF but couldn't find an answer on how to record this.  Would you record this as + or - in FF for today?

    I'd call it (+).  I've been testing twice daily around predicted o time and this past cycle, I got a - on Wednesday morning, a + on Wednesday night, then a + Thursday morning and a - Thursday night.
    May, 2010, DH DX: Low Testosterone
    July, 2010, DH SA: 3% morph
    July, 2010, DH Rx: 50 mg Clomid EOD

    BFP: 10/9/10 ~ My beautiful Grace Dorothy was born on 6/14/11
    Beta #1 (12 DPO): 111/24 ~ Beta #2 (16 DPO): 722/23 ~ Beta #3 (20 DPO): 3,338/15.3
    BFP: 11/14/11 ~ Spotting/Betas not doubling, but HB of 113 bpm @ 6 wks 1 day!

    I'd mark it as +. You can put in the notes the times and results of your tests for each day, too.

    This is exactly what has happened to me the last few cycles. I got a negative yesterday afternoon, a positive last night and a positive this afternoon. We'll see what it says tonight. I mark any positives as a positive for that day.

    BFP: 6/4/10, M/C @ 5wks | BFP: 7/12/10, M/C @ 5wks | BFP: 1/5/11, M/C @ 4wks
    Unexplained secondary infertility...bleh. Gave it a few more tries and BFP on 3/31
    #1 Beta @ 10DPO: 9 #2 Beta @ 14DPO: 194

    OPKs are just like CM-- Always record the most fertile of the day.

    This is exactly what happened to me today.  I had a negative yesterday AM, a postive yesterday PM, a positive this AM, and a negative this PM.  I also marked both days as positive.
