Beta #1 was low, I'm freaking out :~0

Beta  21.9       Progesterone   14.1

I'm freaking out, my RE put me on a progesterone supplement to get that number higher but now I am totally freaking out for my next beta tomorrow.  I know that all that matters is that it doubles.  But now I have a really bad feeling  :(

Please cheer me up ladies.......I need it

    Oh Ash, I'm sending you my thoughts and prayers for tomorrow's beta.  One beta on its own does not mean anything.  It is still very early and hopefully the progesterone will help and you will see some doubling tomorrow. ((hugs))

    I'm thinking of you..as the other ladies said, 1 beta alone doesn't really stand for much..it's the sequential beta's...I am thinking of you, and best of luck tomorrow with your 2nd betas...Try not to stress too much..(easier said than done, I know)..**hugs**

    Thinking good doubling thoughts for you! Also in regards to progesterone if they draw it again, remember it won't register in a blood test, but that doesn't mean they aren't helping.  

    Married in 2/2006, TTC since 3/09 with Endo stage 4(DX 1999) and PCO (DX 2010), DEC, LAP and 2 rounds of Depo Lupron

    • 2/10: IUI #1: Clomid 100mg= BFN
    • 3/10- 5/10: IUI #2 Clomid 150mg; IUI #2.2: gonalf, lupron; IUI #2.3: 2 rounds of 5mg Femara=All cancelled for nonresponse
    • 6/10 -IUI#2.4: gonalf, ganirelix, estrace, ovidrel, endometrium- early M/C
    • 8/10- IUI #3: gonalf, ganirelix, ovidrel, estrace, endometrium, lovenox, hcg boosters= BFP;  Beta#1=179, Beta#2= 360, Beta#3=1775; 1 perfect little HB!

    I've seen that, I know I'm just a bit below normal, but still scary!

    I was 14 DPO, tomorrow I'll be 16 DPO for my 2nd beta

    Wow, I was looking for a website like this myself, but couldn't find one..Thanks - this helped me a lot - I'm guessing that I really did O when I originally thought I did.

     Hoping your beta's at least double at your next b/w! **Sticky Baby Dust being sent your way**

    I had the same problem last week. I had my first beta drawn on 8/23 (when I was 4wk exactly) and it came back at 25. They told me it was low but to come back in two days anyway. My next draw on 8/25 (4wk 2d) was a beta of 77! Woohoo! I go back tomorrow for another beta to see if it's still rising and if it's high enough for an u/s to rule out ectopic. 

    All that to say don't give up hope! You may just be a late implanter. One level doesn't mean much. Good luck!
