Due Process?

What happens in a due process hearing?  In the 7 years taught, I never had to go to one.  We are not agreeing with Chris' eval for PT and his IEP as a result.

    Auntie, we gave them the EI PT information and they are still not budging.  We go next week to meet with the district PT and provide more information from our PT and see if we can resolve it before due process.
