I'm trying to determine whether or not I should mark today as CD 1 because my spotting is increasingly heavier and within the next few days is when FF predicted AF anyways.

 

Problem is, this cycle was definitely anov so I'm not sure if it's truly CD 1 or not. When the spotting started, I thought "oh goody maybe it's finally ovulation spotting" but alas, no.

 

Thoughts?

    CD1 is not until you require a tampon or pad to absorb the bleeding.

    Mark CD1 when you have enough flow that it requires a tampon or pad. I would continue to mark spotting until then.
