  Milk of Mag....careful...it can be mean.  I use is about once a week to really get the job done.  I take 3 colace everynight

  Fiber Choice tablets - they taste like candy and you can take 1-4 a day depending on your needs.  I usually have one a day, and that has totally cured my problems up!

  It helps that they taste good, and they aren't in 'instant' fix so you can take it whenever without having to rush to the bathroom right away.
