FMU stresses me out!

in TTC After a Loss
(iPhone bumping so wonky formatting!) I started school last week so I have been waking up (or should be) at 5:15. I, however, have struggled to sleep to my alarm because of waking at 4ish to pee! And I am supposed to be pos (cbefm). I think I am subconsciously stressing about holding it and it is driving me nuts!! I think it is probably effecting my temps too. Today is day two of peak readings, so I will soon have peace from the fmu. Haha. You can see how weird my chart is. If I was just charting I think I'd be confused!

    If I were you I would just pee on the stick at 4am.  That thing has a 3 hour window on either side of your set time, so 4am shouldn't be too early.  Then you don't have to stress.

    I would do the same.  Can you PIAC and then test when you wake up officially?
