Cold = No supply?

DD was sick all weekend and now I caught it.... I pumped this morning one side while feeding her and I got less than 4 oz, usually I get 5+. Tuesdays I have a longer commute to work so I pump on the way, usually giving me another 4-5.. But today barely 2. Is this normal?

    My supply was less when I had a cold as well. Drink some extra water !  feel better soon.

    This happened for me too.  If you are taking any meds this will def. lower your supply.  But up your water intake to almost twice what you normally drink while you have a cold.
