more milk plus

i bought the 4 oz alcohol free more milk plus and I've been taking it for about a week and a half now and haven't noticed any increase in my supply... has this been the case for anyone else or am I just "lucky?" I'm not sure what else to try to at least maintain my supply.. I am producing enough milk for one baby.. which would be great if I had just one baby.. but I have twins!!! I wish my body would acknowledge that! :-(

    I'm curious about more milk plus. Fenugreek didn't work for me and made my LO gassy by day 4 so I don't know if more milk plus would cause the same thing or not.

    I hope it ends up working for you! You must be such a busy momma!

    I don't remember an old bottle saying to not drink anything for 15min before or after taking. The current bottle has these directions and I've noticed more of a difference. Also, the tincture tastes awful but seems to be more effective for me than the capsules.GL!
