Anyone Else? Headache, Dizzy, Pregnancy Brain???

Ugh; had a headache for two days now, feeling dizzy, sick to my stomach  and I feel like my brain isn't working properly.  For example, I just couldn't remeber the name of "facebook".  Haven't been able to perform my job properly today either (lawyer).  Anyone else??  Any suggestions?  Wish I could take some Advil or Aleve :(

    I've been experiencing the headache thing.  It comes and goes, not very pleasant at all. As far as the dizziness and nausea...try eating some saltines every now and then, it has helped settled my stomach.

    Headaches and dizziness is here too. For the sickenss feeling I just eat something small it usually goes away.

    I had a headache the week I discovered I was pregnant. Went to my chiropractor, and he did some acupuncture to relieve the headache. It was awesome. If you can't get rid of it, I suggest that. I also know that drinking a lot of water (try some lemon in it) will help too. Right now I can't drink water b/c it makes me want to hurl. So I've been drinking Sprite just to get some fluids in.

    Lawyer here too, and you described how I am feeling exactly.  I just feel so foggy and sick to my stomach.  It's hard to concentrate.  Gross.

    I checked with my OB and she said I could take Tylenol, and after 12 straight hours of a migraine I finally caved. Yesterday was the worst -- I can't imagine having to work if it happens again.

    I was really suffering with headaches too (also high stress/profile job where you're expected to be on top of your game all day every day).  Tylenol didn't even touch it.  I finally decided enough is enough, called in sick on a Friday, and slept all weekend long.  I had that headache all weekend, but by the following Monday, it was gone.  Interestingly enough, it disappeared with most of my MS as well, so don't know if the rest had anything at all to do with it or if it was just timing.  (That was at 9 weeks)
