It was really hard being there at first, and I ended up crying through the first part of the appointment. I was able to get it together though. We still have no answers as to why we lost Eliott - all of my labwork came back normal. The autopsy results are not in yet - I was told they could take up to 3 months. I did get all of my other questions answered, and she agreed to order MTHFR testing. We are also cleared to TTC, although I am not emotionally ready at this point. She did suggest that we wait until we hear the autopsy results, and maybe we'll be ready at that point.

I'm so, so sorry. Those first few appts are the worst!!! So many emotions, then you are surrounded by pregnant women. I hope you get some answers soon.
You will know when you are ready. Hopefully the autopsy won't take that long. I don't think mine took that long.

Waiting for answers that may never come is the worst. I am so sorry. I agree that you will know when you are ready; when that desire to try again starts to get stronger than the fear of somethinghappening again. We are here for you.
