  Misdemeanor.

  I walked over the line at an outdoor party with beer in hand in college and got an open container citation.  Those cops were like hawks coming down on me.

  Rap sheet is clean but arrest record not so much. I've been arrested for (not gonna tell) but the charges were dropped.

  I got drunk when I was 16. It was my dad's birthday about two months after he died. The cop took pity on me and just took me home. My mom was surprisingly not angry.

  I have a speeding ticket from when I was, like 17 or 18.  Then two years ago, I got pulled over at 3 am (just got out of work at a casino) for going through a stop sign that wasn't there.  Went to go fight it (pictures and everything!) and found out that the cop never turned it in.  What a turd he was.

  Nothing (that I've gotten caught for).
  
  Due to the nature of my job, I have to be the perfect citizen, lol.  Even a speeding ticket that is over a certain (low) amount of money could make me lose my clearance - which would not only affect my job, but future jobs.  Fail!
