    I like Leila Carolina, although to stop it from being to matchy I might do Leila Caroline instead.

    I don't really like how Leila and Carolina/Maria both end with an A...it just doesn't sound right to me.

     I think Leila Marie would be beautiful!

    I would go with Marie or Caroline I don't like the A A thing. But out of your choices Juliet is my favorite.
