birdseye steamfresh white rice w/mixed vegetables. I always keep some in the house. quick/easy side dish or on a night like tonight when I'm not that hungry I'll eat just that.
Amy's Kitchen organic chunky vegetable soup! SOOO good and only like 150 calories for the whole can. I eat probably one can per day after I overeat junk at breakfast/lunch/snacktime and realize that I need some substance in my menu, lol.

oh and boneless/skinless chicken breasts. I can always throw a few in the slow cooker with some stuff and make dinner. I like the individual perdue packaged ones. They are easier to store in the freezer. I have some great slow cooker recipes that I turn to pretty often.
OMG my thing lately is lebanese food. I have been going to get fresh pita, hummus, rice & roasted potatoes w/chicken constantly from this Mediterranean restaurant in town. They seem to think it's hilarious and make my plate as I enter the door.
This week, it's anything that goes with milk. I can't seem to get enough milk. Other than that, blueberry oatmeal from trader joe's and quaker oatmeal squared cereal (brown sugar flavor) are two things that I can eat when I don't want anything else. And tomatoes.

Re: Making my Grocery List
Things I always have: tomatoes, avocados, bell peppers, black beans, hummus, baby carrots, baby spinach, whole wheat pitas, quinoa, mozzarella, fresh basil.
I feel like almost everything I make comes from these main ingredients.
Can I come to your house for dinner? Sounds amazing!
Haha come on over
I use to eat healthy foods like that... until I got pregnant. Now veggies make me miserable. Everything on that list would make sooo gassy.
But I would love to come over for dinner in about 5 months
same here
Items I always keep in stock: unsalted butter, whole milk, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, onion, jalepeno, brussels, carrots, celery, spinach, brown rice, black beans, olive oil, homemade chicken/beef stock, greek olives, and LOTS OF FRUIT!
Whatever else I buy is meant for whatever is on the weekly menu.
