Parenting after 35
So blah
I have either a cold or allergies for the last week & am miserable. My neck is killing me, I can really use a massage but don't want my nose to be running throughout. And to top it off I just got my period. Fun times!

Maybe you can go to a local nail salon for at least a 10-20 min chair massage? This is what I do when I am in desperate need of one. They work wonders!
