Level II u/s update & TEAM ...

BLUE!

Our level II u/s was today to check LO's spine & brain since our AFP scan came back slightly positive. Everything looked good (yay!) and LO was not at all shy about showing us his goods, LOL.

The high-risk doc did say that when AFP is elevated with no obvious, visual reasons, it could be an indication of problems with the placenta, so I have to go back in 3 weeks (mostly for better images of the heart), and then, with my OB, have monthly ultrasounds to check for growth... and she recommended that my OB start having me come in every two weeks rather than every month earlier than she usually would. At my next OB appointment, I guess we'll figure those things out. But, as of today, everything looks good!!!

Yay for a good day!

Oh, and then we went to BRU and found bedding we really like on clearance - so we bought it, and a bunch of the matching accessories. I'll get pictures up as soon as we get it set up!
