I am at a complete loss for what to eat for lunch. What are your lunches consisting of? TIA

Today it's going to be a tuna sandwich and salad. For the rest of the week it will be chili and salad. Very exciting stuff.

PB&J - 1st lunch about 10:30am

Chicken salad sandwich - 2nd lunch about 1pm

I am having to eat about every 2 hours right now. M/S sucks!

For lunches, I usually have yogurt, a piece of fruit, something salty like corn chips or pretzels, and a granola bar. And a giant glass of water.
