do you have a favorite brand of pretend food for you dc? has any one brand proved to be better quality, more durable, more fun, etc?

    I love the felt foods from Ikea but can never catch them when they're in stock. I also really like the Melissa & Doug sets.. the family I work for has a lot of them and they seem to hold up really well.

    Our friends have some of the Plan stuff and some Melissa and Doug stuff- both are really nice, but I like the Plan stuff better.  I like the kind that velcros together and then the kiddo can "cut" it apart.

    I love all the M&D sets, they are soo cute and I have to use a lot of self restraint not to buy all of them Stick out tongue  But some of our M&D stuff has chipped, especially the 4 food groups.  We have tile floors and DD throws them (especially when she was younger).
