Why is it pregnant women can't drink?

Especially when they have to deal with such ridiculousness as unwanted belly touching, strangers voicing their opinions on breastfeeding, pregnancy aches and pains, etc.

Or just day-to-day stupidity, like someone shutting down a web server without checking to see if, oh, websites were running on it. Angry

    lol... I was at a bridal shower yesterday & had a stranger rub my belly...and I did have a few sips of white wineSurprise

    I'm more worried about having to limit my drinking while BF-ing. As bad as I've wanted a drink at times while pregnant, I'm sure it's nothing compared to being home with a screaming infant for 12 weeks straight.

    I have a feeling there will be a lot of pump and dump in my future.

    Ditto! Thank you Kourtney Kardashian for introducing me to the alcohol testing strips for breast milk! I will be using those I'm sure on New Years Day.

    Yippie for pump and dump! ; )  Thanks for the reminder to buy those test strips.

    There have been days when I could use some wine for sure, like yesterday putting together the crib by myself because I was obsessed with the idea and wouldn't wait for my husband to come home. Ugh.
