Moms who co-sleep: Sex ?

 I didn't start off co-sleeping so DH and I would have sex after I put LO to bed. Now that I co-sleep, I'm having a hard time finding time to do the deed. When do you and DH/SO have sex?

    When she's in her bassinet for a nap or the first sleep stretch of the night. Also, don't forget you have other rooms in your house (shower?)

    Shower..lol. That wouldn't work for us...too dangerous and complicated. I would use LO's room but that room is too close to DS1's room and I don't think he wants to hear us on the futon while he's trying to sleep. Thanks for the suggestion.

    Duh...why didn't I think of that? I'll have to put a lot of blankets b/c DH has a bad back but this could probably work. Thanks.

    we've had lots of time to figure it out-- we co-slept with ds for 2 yrs and now we're co-sleeping with dd. :)

    also we sometimes put LO in the swing (in her room) instead of the bassinet.

    Couch, office, really anywhere in the house =)

    Sometimes DD will sleep in her crib for the first part of the night (7pm till about 3 am) so we have the bed to ourselves and make the most of it!

    I think it has actually spiced things up a bit trying out new rooms! lol!

    Thanks for the replies, ladies. I think the hard part about using other rooms in the house is that I don't want my 14 yr old to walk in on us while we're on the couch or other common areas of the house. I don't really want to have him experience that.

    Good call. That would definitely be a limitation.

    We only co-sleep when DH is gone. We're a military family. So we don't have an issue.

    DH or I would for sure end up with a broken bone somewhere if we ever tried this.

    DD1 born 5/24/10.

    Missed M/C at 14 wks Feb 2012.

    DD2 born 5/14/13.

    Missed M/C at 9 wks July 2015.

    Expecting someone new 4/17/17.
