Just moved to Colorado Springs, 3 months pregnant...help!

Hi! I'm new to the area, and this is my first pregnancy. I'm wanting to have a natural childbirth. I'm looking at going to Dr. Baer's office(and requesting a midwife). They deliver at Memorial North, and they actually have two midwives at his office. Has anyone had any experience with Dr. Baer, the midwives or Memorial Hospital at all? Thank you!!

Welcome to Colo Springs. I haven't been to the office you are asking about, but try asking on the Colorado Nest board. That is where all the mom's hang out.

I go there! i just moved here when i was about 4 months along, and there are two midwives there. Mine is Missy, and I really like her. She's really sweet and caring and softspoken-not rude at all. and I did the maternity ward tour at Memorial and the place is GORGEOUS!

I went for my first appt last week to see Sharon and I loved her! She was sooo informative, unlike my previous OB. I'm so glad that I found her. I can't wait to go to Memorial for the tour.
