Yay starting gonal f tonight!
We checked my E2 levels again today and the ganirelix did it's job and brought them down to normal levels so now I get to start the Gonal F! They are starting me out at 150 which is higher than I thought I would start out, but I trust my doctor completely. I go in on Wednesday morning for a blood draw and then my first follie check will be Thursday or Friday depending on how my blood work looks.
I am really excited to get the ball rolling, but nervous too about how I will respond to stims.

Unexplained Infertility
After two Clomid cycles, three injectable IUI cycles, two IVFs, two miscarriages, and one lap surgery, IVF #2 has brought us our little boy!

After months of being postponed or cancelled, FET #1.3 (Natural FET) brought us twin girls!
Woo hoo! Good luck, hon. I hope you have a better response to the Gonal-F than I did last go-around. They upped me from 75 to 150iu, and I overstimulated! Guess my ovaries are touchy...

I think only my first and 2nd Gonal F cycles were started on 75. The other 4 were all 150 right away. I am a very slow responder though.
For this IVF cycle I also started out at 150, but twice a day. I am on my 4th pen.

Not sure what to do now. Sad and lost.
After 27 months, 5 IUI's, 3 m/c's, 2 IVF's, 2 FET's (and a partridge in a pear tree) we finally had our baby boy. Our first son was born on Jan. 1, 2009.
Did another round of IVF and our girl/boy twins were born May 12, 2011
