ladies on the mini pill....

stupid question - are there different kinds? like regular BC has a gazillion different chioces.

I've been on it for about almost 3 months and my mood swings are HORRIBLE (i never had that problem on regular BC). I'm thinking it is the pill and not my hormones post pregnancy.

i was wondering if there was a different kind of mini pill that i could try. TIA!

i dont think so.

and i am not certain you can blame LOWER hormones on your mood swings.

Popular brands of progestin-only pills include Micronor, Nora-BE, and Nor-QD.

Yes you can. Hormone shifts either way cause mood swings. And BC doesn't even neccisarily lower hormones anyway... just changes the balance.
